At BLANsrl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization form is included inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
